Today I am sharing a very simple process with you all.
By following this, you can fix any type of problem
deposited on your face, which we call blackheads or
whiteheads in English.
If we do not treat them, they become acne and pimples.
I have come to fix them.
The problem of blackheads and whiteheads can also be
internal due to hormonal imbalances.
And it can also be external, i.e. free radical damage,
pollutants attacks, oxidative stress.
All these things make small pimples on your face.
If you touch them, they feel itchy because they are
deposition heads.
But if you take care of it, clean your skin, emphasize that
area a little more and clean it, then you can get rid of
this problem.
I am sharing very simple steps with you.
First understand, collect all the things and then try.
And I promise you that if you do this weekly, then your
face will be absolutely clean and smooth and you will not
have any problem.
Now positive about the remedy, let's start quickly.
For step number 1, you have to clean your face well.
See, I washed my face in the morning, despite that, there
was a lot of whiteheads in my chin area.
If you touch it, you feel a little itch.
I have no idea how much justice the camera must have done.
But yes, my T-zone is clear, but there were a lot of
whiteheads in the chin area.
I am demonstrating on my own, but if you are one of those
people who have blackheads and whiteheads due to oiliness
in the T-zone, then please request you to do this remedy
before clicking.

So I washed my face in the morning.
After this, I did not apply anything, neither moisturizer
nor sunscreen.
After 2 to 3 hours, I am doing this process.
Under which you have to take Vaseline, which is a petroleum
jelly.
Do not apply it on the face.
Pores get blocked and so many other things.
See, I told you that wherever there is a problem on your
face, you will only do this process there, you will not do
it on the whole face.
This has been said because the way we are extracting it, it
will not bother the skin around it, but where there is
deposition, we will have to suffocate it a little.
And that's important here.
So please, wherever you have a problem, focus on it.
Now Vaseline petroleum jelly is suffocating.
That's why it is said that it should not be applied on the
whole face.
You can use it in your eye region, nowhere else.
So it would be better if you do it at night, so that we can
clean it well and go to sleep.
Whatever is left by mistake, it will also be secreted with
oil in the morning and the skin will be fine.
If you are doing it in the morning like me, then please
clean it well as I am telling you.
Vaseline in your T-zone well.
See, I only had whiteheads here, but for demonstration
purpose, I am covering the whole T-zone.
And I am applying Vaseline generously in that area, where
blackheads can be a problem.
If you have, then definitely cover it well and apply a
thick coat of Vaseline.
Done.
After this, you will leave it for 10 minutes.
Vaseline is very softening.
Your skin becomes very soft and supple.
But the area of blackheads becomes a little more supple.
And it will be extracted very easily.
After 10 minutes, you will do your step number 2.
For which you need a towel, which you will dip in hot water.
Please be very, very, very careful.
Sometimes it feels like you will squeeze it a little.
It is hot water, your hand can burn.
So please be careful.
After squeezing it lightly, and after that you will apply
it in that area, where we have applied Vaseline.
Some people have it here, here, here.
So you will apply it in 3 distinct places, not on the whole
face.
Press that area well.
And keep wiping Vaseline.
Because I did it on the forehead,
I did it on the nose area, and I did it on the chin.
So I have given steam to these areas, and then wiped
Vaseline.
Most of the Vaseline will go through this process.
But this Vaseline does not go easily.
That's why you will have to clean it well.
For step number 3, you have to prepare a blender foil,
which you have to apply on your T-zone, and massage it well.
So that all this deposition, blackheads, whiteheads, any
type of clogging, can come out.
See, we have already done such methods in one or two steps,
that our skin has become very soft, has become supple.
By pressing lightly, it can give out all the deposition.
But we want to make sure, that only and only clogging comes
out.
And in any way, we should not disturb our filaments.
For this,
I have already made a blend of castor oil and coconut oil.
But we have applied Vaseline.
Coconut oil is already comedogenic.
If you don't clean it properly, it will get deposited.
So you have to take castor oil and olive oil.
That's it.
Take one spoon of castor oil and one spoon of olive oil.
Mix it well.
And with this, massage your nose well.
Or wherever you have blackheads, massage that area well.
So that heat is produced.
Slightly, your nose can turn red.
That area where you are doing, can turn red.
Just don't worry, it's okay.
You will massage it very well.
And you will see, whiteheads are coming out automatically.
You won't see whiteheads, but I am pretty sure, they will
come out very easily.
You just massage thoroughly.
Concentrate on massaging.
If it's on forehead, then on forehead.
If it's on nose, then on nose.
If it's on chin, then on chin.
If it's on any area of your cheek, then there too.
Massage it well.
Most of them will come out anyway.
After this, if at all you want, that no, the ear deposition
has come out properly, then you will take buds, ear buds,
and by applying a little pressure, they will come out.
You don't have to use your nails or your fingers.
Not at all.
You can take the help of buds, to extract out any
deposition, which would have remained.
Done.
After this, you will dip the towel in hot water again.
And with this, you will clean your nose, and this time, you
will have to apply a little pressure.
See, pressure doesn't mean that you are rubbing.
You don't have to friction back and forth.
Just apply a little pressure while wiping.
So, all the remaining deposition, after massaging, will
come out at once.
And you will have a very soft skin.
You will be very happy, obviously.
But the process is not over yet.
Because we had softened our skin so much, that the gunk
came out easily.
But, can it go back?
Yes or no?
It's very much possible.
That's why, now you have to do a process, through which all
the pores, which have become clean, out of which all the
deposition has come out, can be closed, and can be treated
to a great extent, so that it doesn't come back.
What do you need for this?
In a bowl, you have to take one tablespoon of Multani Mitti.
See, Multani Mitti, if you have Vaseline, oil, or any other
residue, it will come out in a minute.
You don't have to worry.
Number two, you have to take
Licorice Powder,
Mulethi Powder.
Mulethi Powder is a boon for your pores.
That means, if you have a problem with open pores, if you
have a problem with blackheads, just apply these two things.
Mulethi Powder, and it is also a natural ingredient.
The third ingredient is 1 tablespoon of sandalwood powder 1

If you don't have it, then skip it
