Grow your hair in just 15 days with this simple natural recipe. This recipe is for all hair type. If your hair is thinning, breaking easily, not growing past a certain length, or shedding too much, this remedy is for you. It works by stimulating your scalp, boosting blood flow, reducing breakage, and deeply nourishing your roots to promote thicker, longer, and healthier hair. To achieve this, bookmark this blog for later use. Start by chopping one medium-sized onion. Onion is rich in sulfur, which supports strong hair follicles and boosts blood circulation to the scalp. Two essentials for faster, healthier hair growth. Next, peel and chop a thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger. Ginger contains bioactive compounds that stimulate hair follicles, reduce scalp inflammation, and fight dandruff, all of which create the ideal environment for growth. Add the chopped onion and ginger into a blender. Pour in one glass of water to help blend smoothly. Blend until you get a fine mixture. Spray ...

Intro

are you ruining your hair this blog is

going to be all about 10 things you

might be doing that is actually really

damaging or messing up your hair most

commonly these are things that are done

over a long period of time and you might

start to notice hair breakage or you

might notice that your hair is not

growing when in reality it could be due

to some of these things so just keep in

mind that everyone's hair is

I have these like really annoying hairs

here that are sticking out I think I'm

going to grow them out they used to be

face framing pieces from when I had

curtain bangs so let's just ignore that

and we'll get into the blog so the

Wash Day

first thing that you might be doing is

not washing your hair enough we went

through this trend that hair training or

not washing your hair very much is

actually good and false hair training is

not a thing this is when you attempt to

prolong your wash days thinking that

your scalp will become less oily with

time which is actually not true your

scalp is going to secrete sebum oil no

matter what you do and you can't attempt

to change this what you want to do is

adjust your wash Day based on how your

particular scalp is some people have

drier scalps some people produce a lot

of oil so it really depends on you just

make sure that you're washing your scalp

enough or as much as your scalp will

Toler when you remove any of the oil

that's going to clear everything out

clear the follicles so that there's

nothing that could potentially block it

and prevent hair growth number two now

Shampoo

you want to make sure that you are

shampooing the scalp of course and not

shampooing the length so you don't need

to take the shampoo and just rub it

through the hair you want to focus it on

the scalp and then as that shampoo is

going to rinse through your hair it's

going to gently cleanse the ends but do

not scrub at the end because you can end

up causing yourself and your hair a lot

Conditioning

more damage number three would be not

conditioning the ends of your hair if

you're not conditioning the length

you're really not giving the hair back

the moisture that it needs to prevent

damage and breakage so think about um

conditioning from about here like I want

to say to your ears downward you don't

necessarily need to condition the scalp

because that can cause your scalp to

become oily and you might find that you

lose a lot of volume sure you're picking

a conditioner and really using it every

time you wash your hair I don't

recommend using those two in-one shampoo

and conditioners because again we want

to focus the shampoo on the scalp and

the conditioner on the length you can

also try using a hair mask in place of a

conditioner about once a week that's

just going to give your hair a little

bit of extra TLC a little bit bit of

extra nourishment four we get into after

Drying

the shower when you are drying your hair

you don't want to use a towel a regular

towel and rub your hair aggressively opt

for a hair towel or you can even use a

cotton t-shirt but using a regular towel

is going all that friction from the

towel will really cause a lot of

breakage even causes static it can cause

frizz so you really want to opt for

something super gentle I like the aquous

hair flip towel although it is a little

bit on the pricey side but it does help

to absorb extra moisture without causing

any damage five has to do with nutrition

Nutrition

now if you're not getting adequate

nutrition from your food you're not

getting the vitamins and minerals you

might notice that your hair becomes dry

it becomes brittle there's a lot of

different things that you need for hair

growth specifically and hair Health um

I'm not a nutritionist so I don't have

all of that knowledge however you do

need to have of course your standard

vitamins having healthy fats in your

diet Omega-3s is important and of course

protein lot of lean proteins you can opt

for white fish chicken um beans legumes

that kind of thing I think a common

misconception is that people think they

need to take biotin supplements for

their hair but there really isn't

extensive research to show that biotin

helps and in fact you actually get a

good bit of biotin in your diet already

it's very very rare that people have

Biotin deficiencies and typically it is

from bodybuilders or weightlifters that

like to eat a lot of raw egg whites so

if you're somebody that does that a lot

then maybe you have a higher chance of

having a biotin deficiency but typically

you don't we don't really see that issue

people like to opt for supplements

instead but think of your supplements as

something that you add to an already

good diet it is more important to get

the nutrition from the food than taking

Supplements

supplements so I'm not a huge supplement

person I've tried some and I just don't

really stick to them I don't follow any

particular diet I just kind of eat

whatever I like in moderation and try to

make healthy choices try to include

protein at every meal now whether it's

Protein

chicken or eggs I if I want to have a

Burger I have a burger but it just

really is I I try to live my life and

also make healthy choices but I don't

think of it as a particular diet so

Heat styling

number six we get into if you are doing

excessive heat styling on your hair

you'll probably notice a lot of damage a

lot of breakage and even frizziness you

Excessive styling

might even notice over time that your

hair becomes higher paracity you might

notice that your hair dries really fast

and the texture starts to change try to

avoid excessive things like

straightening your hair curling even

using like a blow dryer on high heat so

keep it to a minimum I am a firm

believer in that you don't need to cut

these things out just try to minimize it

and of course make sure that you use a

proper heat protectant to number seven I

Tight hairstyles

know that the slick back bun is super

popular right now however doing tight

hairstyle can be really damaging

specifically to the front of your

hairline and even like you might want to

op to switch your part here and there

but tight hairstyles consistently over a

long period of time can lead to

something called traction alopecia which

is the hair being lost because of

excessive tugging or pulling on it go-to

hairstyle is always a braid and I try to

keep it kind of loose anything that's

not going to pull in your head and cause

a lot of tension

period of time this can lead to a lot of

Elastics

hair loss number eight so this would be

not using really tight elastics or

elastics that have metal in them because

that can cause damage to the hair your

hair might wrap around it it can get

caught it can pull and cause breakage to

the ends of your hair opt for satin

scrunchies instead this part of the hair

is the oldest so you really need to give

it extra love and um any kind of hair

tie that's going to pull on it or get

caught is going to potentially break off

those ends so just be sure that you're

using something gentle number nine you

might be damaging your hair more if you

Split ends

are not cutting off split ends I know

that a lot of people are scared to lose

length however if you leave a hair

strand that is split and you don't trim

it off it can eventually split all the

way up the length of the hair shaft and

cause more damage best to just trim off

the split ends so that way your hair

will be healthier at the end but if you

notice split ends that means it is time

for a trim you'll probably notice that

your hair actually is longer not because

it's growing from the ends but because

you are not noticing as much breakage so

trimming off the ends it doesn't

actually affect the length that your

scalp where the hair is growing but it

might seem longer because it's not

breaking finally number 10 of things

Aggressive brushing

that might be ruining your hair

aggressively brushing your hair so I

know it seems rather simple and hair

brushing is probably something you do

almost every day you want to think of

just brushing from the ends and working

your way up your brush and starting at

the top and pulling can cause even the

hair to be pulled out of the head

brushing can actually cause a good

amount of mechanical breakage especially

for somebody with long hair or you're

trying to grow your hair out longer that

is something you want to be really

careful and very mindful of use even

like a spray detangler section the hair

take your time and go slow and if you

notice a bunch of Tangles just use your

hands to pull those Tangles apart versus

yanking the brush through I know it

might be timec consuming it might be

frustrating but in the long run it's

going to be so much healthier for your

hair and it will make such a difference

the little things especially over a long

period of time they make a difference

noticing any kind of hair loss

definitely consult your doctor and also

just know that these are things that

I've learned from my experience I'm not

a hair stylist I'm not a professional

but I have learned a couple of things

over the years I hope this blog was

helpful for you guys don't forget to

like the blog and follow if you want

to see more and I'll see you in the next
